I am a sensory expert and a certified taster of extra virgin olive oil, honey and cold cuts. I write gastronomic guides and teach food sensory education. I also work with the sensory profiling of new or never before described food products, like edible flowers. I have a humanistic culture and in fact the narrative and anthropological aspect is not secondary to me, but it is what unites the dialogue with Nature and the value of what is worked with hands, my other two souls
